Yes. For a non-boss enemy drop you can just keep respawning at the lamp (i.e. you can get all the hair you need without having to remake the chalice) For chest items and boss drops you have to remake the chalice It’s been a while if someone sees that’s wrong let me know lol

Make sure you slide all the way up to the corner and are peering around the wall. Then when someone comes around the corner you can do a deathblow. (Same with hanging off a ledge and someone walks near that ledge)

Thanks! I mostly meant this as a joke, I'm sure most people know this, I just didn't. I never really got into botw and i gave it another go recently since Tears is out. I happened to come across this fact today and figured i'd try it out. Then I happened to hold the screenshot button too long and it made a video! which I had no idea the Switch did hahaha (i don't play the switch much if you can tell). I'll def check out that smallant video thanks for the recommendation!

There are multiple non-mandatory tools in the game that don't work on every enemy. That doesn't make them 'useless'. They add options to a game where people already whine about build variety.

@@DuckReconMajor you see this is my 1st from soft game. I don't know anything about build variety so i never cared about that. I wanted a good tough game with parry mechanic, i played dead cells a lot and shield is my fav(shield is basically what parry is in Sekiro). And regarding a lot of non Essential consumables, i find most to be ok but the shards annoyed me as i never got it to work with my "genius" ideas. I don't mind though cause it doesn't matter at the end of the day. But i have seen some creative uses with the fistful of Ash and other consumables. The only creative use i have seen from shard is to use it as a shuriken on flying enemies, but even that is kinda pointless. Well i am being hypocritical by saying i don't care about shards while complaining, but that's only because i got my hopes up with this video. I like the video, it thought me to throw the shards when leaning off of walls. Which is kinda cool, a lot cooler than standing infront of the enemy and throwing stones at them. But i thought it had some use against bosses. Edit: i make such uselessly long comments, i am so bad at organising my thoughts while writing. Sorry

@@pianissimo7121 Nah I appreciate the comment. And that wasn't directed at you I just have a general grievance with people who say Sekiro isn't replayable. The shard's usefulness drops off very fast, it's really only useful on your first playthrough before you get better at fighting. But the game does a very poor job explaining how to use it so i made this video. It sounds like you are enjoying the game and I am glad to hear it! Sekiro is my favorite From game by a long shot. It's getting a lot more attention these days and has gone from being relatively unknown to being very divisive. People either love or hate this game

@@DuckReconMajor haha ya I am loving Sekiro. I am in NG+2 and am trying to fight inner isshin gauntlet. For some reason true monk is tougher than isshin himself for me, but thats what makes it fun. Even I dont understand people who bought it for the brutal difficulty complain about the difficulty. Its like buying dark chocolate and complaining its not sweet.

​​​​@@pianissimo7121 for true monk it's a little cheesy but I like to do first phase normally maybe pop a ako then jump on branch for stealth blow and pop and yash and confetti and hit twice and firework think you can get three hits in and rinse repeat til it's dead so basically your only fighting one health bar
